Leave Management Updates: What’s New?
We’ve continued to enhance the Leave Management experience to improve clarity, usability, and visibility for both managers and employees.
Leave Bookings – Updated Interface and Improved Overview
As part of our recent improvements, we began with enhancements to the Leave Calendar in our last release. This update now extends to the Leave Overview page, available within the Leave Bookings tab, which has been fully refreshed with a modern user interface.
The updated Leave Bookings view provides:
- A comprehensive overview of employees with approved leave
- Clear visibility of leave summaries and accruals
- Mandatory leave bookings organised into dedicated tabs for simpler navigation
- A new Employees on Leave graph, enabling you to quickly identify who is off during the current week
In addition, the redesigned page now clearly displays:
- Employees currently on leave
- Leave requests pending approval
All key information is now accessible from a single, consolidated view, reducing the need to navigate between multiple screens.

Mandatory Leave – One Central Place
Mandatory leave bookings have been fully moved into the Leave Bookings tab and incorporated into the new interface. This centralises leave management and provides a more consistent and efficient experience.

Public Holidays – Improved Visibility
Public holidays are now displayed directly on the My Leave page rather than in the left-hand navigation. This change offers a clearer, more complete view of all time off in one place.

Leave Allowances – Refreshed Interface
The Leave Allowances section has also been updated with a new interface
These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to improving usability and visibility across the platform — delivering a cleaner, smarter, and more user-friendly leave management experience.
